Design Tools for New Dwelling Dynamics

The theme of Public Residential Building turned back to the center national debate. However, reasons this are attributable not so favourable circumstances: we needed a pandemic lockdown understand that houses live in, no longer meet our needs. Beyond “symptomatology” more widely perceived as lack balcony or room, what careful eye has felt is clear obsolescence relative home/house-system: for than half century, continued design residential spaces following standards and regulations little attentive change calibrated on contemporary society. These why need an “house reform”, where follows societal changes revolutions such globalization digitalization, therefore fundamental paradigm could be “becoming”.
